Facilitate a small social group for Maori members of the Blind Foundation. Organise 6 guest speakers/entertainers each year. First Monday of the month
Relief driver required to drive members with vision impairment to Thursday social group at Blind Foundation office at 1.00pm. Return trip at 3.00pm.
Supporting participants at the Supergran workshops
General cleaning, washing up. Ensuring areas are tidy and well maintained. Small DIY jobs.
Sort clothing donations into ages and varieties. (Childrens clothes 0-5 years.)
Handy person to fix broken wooden toys
Volunteers are needed with IT or typing skills to assist Gisborne Land Search and Rescue in base.
Musician(s) to play background music every 3rd Friday for 1 hour to a group of elderly residents.
