Gizzy Kai Rescue is a Gisborne based not-for-profit food rescue organisation operating as the connection between food growers, producers, vendors and local community groups who redistribute the rescued food to those experiencing food scarcity in our region. Here at Gizzy Kai Rescue, we are passionate about the possibilities food rescue delivers for both our community and our environment. We rescue food that would otherwise be destined for landfill or animal feed, reducing food waste and redirecting the healthy edible food to those in need throughout the community.

Vehicle Detailer (Fortnightly/Monthly - 1x Van)
Our Toyota van is a workhorse and completely necessary for our food rescue mahi. This vital role is to keep our vehicle clean and tidy on a day and time to work around GKR kai pickups and your schedule .
