The Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, confidential, and independent information and advice to everyone. It helps people understand their rights and access the services they need. Through this work, the Bureau advocates for positive social change. As an independent community organisation, its services are delivered by more than 2,000 trained and dedicated volunteers.
