Quarterly contact with families of those who currently use the system, checking on contact information being up to date, use and need of the device supplied.
Must have a good standard of conversational English as this is a phone based role.
We are flexible about when this work can be done - we will work around your availability. The time spent will usually be around1-2 hours per week once we have a process / system up and running.
