Wandersearch assistant

First point of contact to requests for assistance, explaining what we offer and discussing if that will suit the needs. Referring to field members to visit.
Quarterly contact with families of those who currently use the system, checking on contact information being up to date, use and need of the device supplied.


Must have a good standard of conversational English as this is a phone based role.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

We are flexible about when this work can be done - we will work around your availability. The time spent will usually be around1-2 hours per week once we have a process / system up and running.
