Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep.
Address and resolve maintenance requests from the Committee or when needed.
Conduct inspections of the museum's facilities to identify and fix issues.
Assist with setting up and taking down event spaces and exhibits when possible.
*Ensure that all tools and equipment are well-maintained and stored properly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform a variety of repair tasks.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. (Optional)
Ability to work independently.
*Good physical fitness and ability to handle tools and equipment.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

A few hours per month depending on requirements and projects, Flexible hours.
