Be fit and able to participate in bush searches
Trustworthy and reliable
Must be able to respond quickly to a call out
Must be over 17 years old
Must have a clean police record
Must be willing to complete training
Must be able to follow instructions and be capable of working independently.
This will vary depending on training and call outs
Note:
Employers must be made aware of this commitment and in agreement to release volunteers from their role as required (refer attached Employer information and provide copy to applicant)
Family should also be aware of this commitment and agree to the activity and possible time away from family for both training and searching
