To visit clients of the Cancer Society in their homes, undertaking tasks such as basic cleaning, assistance with meal preparation, gardening and or lawnmowing.

Requirements:

Be physically able to do basic cleaning and or gardening/lawnmowing (Tasks assigned to suit volunteer preference).
A high degree of confidentiality.
Able/willing to learn to use app to log hours completed (own phone required).
Willing to attend training and regular short meetings to give feedback to Cancer Society staff.
Ability to relate well to a range of people and cultures.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

1-2 hours per week
