To provide a friendly welcome for our clients and visitors. Duties involve answering and transferring phone calls, welcoming visitors, basic admin tasks. Running occasional local errands in office vehicle, calling into local businesses. All training given. Two roles available - Tuesday 9am - 12 noon, and Wednesday 12-3pm, for six months.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Warm and friendly personality.
Confident telephone manner to make and take calls.
Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn.
Full driver's licence.
Police check.
Referees to be provided.
