Tāiki e! Next Gen offers hands on entrepreneurial learning opportunities for rangatahi aged 14-24 years old in Tairāwhiti. We walk alongside rangatahi to journey through fundamental components of starting up a new venture.

If you have experience managing/owning a retail business consider working with our rangatahi in our Next Gen programme and sharing your skills and experience in marketing, sales, procurement and pricing, customer service.

Requirements:

Experience managing/owning a retail business
Experience teaching and mentoring our rangatahi
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Respect for diversity and inclusivity

A Police background check is required for this role.
