Keeping homes warm with appropriate curtains is essential to maintaining health and wellbeing. Our curtain bank volunteers use their skills to help people living in cold houses. We are looking for volunteers to support the curtain bank located at the NZ Red Cross Gisborne Building on Palmerston Road.

Requirements:

Sewing skills preferred.
Training provided.
Time commitment will vary from region to region, depending on curtain bank opening hours, and volunteer availability.

Time commitment:

The curtain bank is open Tuesday 10:00 am to 3:00pm. Flexible depending on your availability and interest
