Time management - be aware of the organisation's' activities and produce timely social media
Eye for detail - ensure content is edited and proofread before posting
Photographic skills - understand what makes a good eye-catching photo
Availability - able to attend an organisation's functions/events to capture social media opportunities
Commitment - be in a position to offer continued service to the organisation
The time commitment is determined by the organisation's requirements to cover events etc and would include a use of personal out of office time attending to editing, posting and following social media.
