Each fortnight, on a Thursday, we come together at the old Dental Clinic at Gisborne Intermediate School, to clean and restock Educational Science Kits for schools.
We have a very detailed step by step guide on how to clean and re-stock a kit. You will be working along side the branch manager and 2 volunteer drivers.

The kits get sent out to schools to spark creativity and curiosity amongst students who may as a result choose a pathway into science and inspire to become the next generation of local engineers and scientists who can tackle the challenges we as a community are facing head-on.

Requirements:

Be able to read and follow instructions
Keen to join a group of science loving helpers
Initiative and problem solving skills

Time commitment:

3-4 hours a fortnight.
