Whether you are a NEWBIE or an Experienced lap scorer, we would love to have you helping us out with lap scoring, electronic timekeeping and organising grid draws.
Your help keeps races running safely and smoothly for local drivers and their families. Like to dig in and learn something new? Training will be provided to anyone who is interested in becoming part of our dedicated team to help us with lap scoring and timekeeping with our electronic timing system and organising grid draws for our point days and special events. We have lots of practices so you can come along, support our go-carters and hone your skills before actual events. If you have experience, excellent! But not essential.
Our venue is outside, however the events will be postponed if heavy rain. Race days are a great social time and seeing the happy faces of racers young and old is pretty special. Come along and be a valued member of the kart racing family.
You need to have good communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to attend the events as per our season's calendar which can be seen on our Facebook page.
Race Days are 12 Sundays between October and May, 8:30am - 1:30pm.
Practices normally start about end of September so plenty of time to come along and practice your lap scoring before the events start
Race times are 10am-1pm with a lunch break in between
