This workshop is designed for those already involved in a board or committee role who want to move beyond the basics and make a stronger, more effective contribution.

We’ll focus on how to bring your organisation’s Business Plan to life, with practical discussion grounded in real-world experiences.

For people who:

• Are currently on a board or committee

• Have completed previous governance training (Exult or similar), or have practical experience

• Have access to their organisation’s Business Plan (template provided upon registration)

What we’ll cover

• Aligning your board or committee with your Business Plan

• Turning plans into action: what works and what gets in the way

• Real-world problem solving with other participants

• Managing risk, conflict, and succession (as time allows, based on group needs)
