Leading Through Real Challenges is a practical session for volunteer leaders who want space to think through real situations with others in a structured and supportive way.
For our upcoming volunteer leaders meeting, rather than focusing on theory, this is built around real-life challenges. Participants will bring a current issue from their own leadership experience and work through it in small groups using a simple, guided process.
The focus is on active listening and asking thoughtful questions, rather than jumping straight to advice. This approach helps you slow down, gain clarity, and uncover your own next steps with confidence.
It’s also a valuable opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and learn from the knowledge already in the room.
