We will be setting up a hall with banners, brochures, information - entertainment, tables, chairs,
We need people before the event during and after this event

Requirements:

Set up hall, pack down hall
Help people find what is available during event
Help with marketing/publicity
Organise raffles, gifts, things for people to win

Time commitment:

This could be as many hours as you can possible give, 1 hour or 100 hours is up to you.
