Administration and Reception Support

The ideal person would be someone who fits well into our team, who is friendly, welcoming, open and willing to share new ideas, with a good understanding of using computers and inputting data and has a 'can do' attitude.

The role involves updating and maintaining database entries, contacting and responding to volunteer registrations and queries, assisting with general administration and events.

Requirements:

A high level of communication skills with a good standard of conversational English and an understanding of the principles of Te Tiriti O Waitangi.
Computer literacy, administrative and organisational skills.
You must have a genuine liking for people, have a cheerful disposition, a sense of humour and a positive approach to life.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Must be able to work 10 hours over three days per week between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm
