Host / support over 65's group to improve strength/balance using education and exercise.
The volunteer is welcome and encouraged to participate in the exercises. Working in partnership with Sport Gisborne.
Ability to provide companionship and host a regular group for older adults. The aim of the group is to improve strength and balance for over 65's and others at risk. We educate and use exercise to manage fall risks.
Health and Safety training provided on site.
10.00 am to 12.00 each week- however this is flexible
